Post Doc

ALLISON BAIR

Allison completed her PhD in social psychology at York University in Toronto. Her work focused on the factors that impact the physical and mental well-being of stigmatized group members.  She is particularly interested in how racial identity and the experience of stigma interact to produce beliefs, strategies, and behaviors that impact well-being. As an IRISE post doc working with Kathryn Fox and Paige Lloyd, Allison will be studying racial biases in psychological care recommendations
